The Pinarello PARIS is another big news for 2012 from Pinarello. DOGMA marked the new Pinarello construction philosophy: total asymmetry. PARIS has construction features identical to DOGMA: it is produced using the EPS system and employs the Torayca 50HM1.5K Carbon with Nanoalloy technology. The visual differences compared to DOGMA are the absence of the narrowing on the fork, on the seat stay, and on the sensitive parts of the frame, and the chain stays that are straight instead of curved.
For 2012, the Onda FPK1 features greater tapering at 1 1/8'-1 1/2'on the fork crown for more robust steering and a new internal cable routing approach, in the form of iCR by Pinarello LAB. Designed and built with the Pinarello LAB SOE System (Simulation, Optimize, Evolution), it has both elegant and compact lines. Other features include asymmetric rear stays and our tried-and-tested Most(R) Croxover oversized bottom bracket.
Designed and constructed with the Pinarello LAB's SOE System (Simulation, Optimize, Evolution), Paris is compact and has harmonious lines. PARIS mounts the Onda FPK fork derived from the DOGMA FPX1, with 1 1/8' to 1 1/4' coning on the fork head. Onda FPK rear monostay, asymmetric rear forks, and our tried and true Most Croxover oversize bottom bracket. The raw frame size 54 weighs approximately 1040 grams.
