Product Overview
The 808 Series is designed to excel in triathlons and time
trials. This incredibly aerodynamic wheel/wheel set is nearly as fast through
the wind as any full disc; however, it is significantly lighter, less
susceptible to cross-wind, and offers incredible handling. That said, the 808
rear wheel has been making regular headlines in road races. In flat or rolling
terrain, the 808 rear is an incredible weapon on the break. Ultimately, if you
are looking for a rear wheel to use against the clock and on the road – the 808
might be your perfect weapon. Clydesdale version features increased rim
stiffness and a 208 rear hub to deliver greater torsional stiffness for heavier
riders.
