Thermolyte Sodium-Electrolyte Caps provide 300 mg of sodium (750 mg of Salt - Sodium Chloride) per serving (2 capsules), balanced with Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium in a proprietary blend of high performance Krebs Cycle mineral complex supplied in equal amounts as mineral citrates, aspartates, succinates, malates, fumarates and alpha-ketoglutarates.

Sodium imbalance (HYPONATREMIA) usually occurs during long or ultra-distance events in the heat, but may also be seen in events as short as 3 to 4 hours. Sodium imbalance may either occur due to excessive water intake, or due to excessive sweat production and sweat sodium concentration. 90 Capsules/bottle.

During extended activity take TWO capsules per hour with 8 to 10 oz of water. In extreme conditions take FOUR to SIX Capsules per hour with sufficient water.
