Product Overview
The K-Factor is a carbon triathlon / time trial bike for athletes ready to make a podium appearance. Enjoy similar power transfer, aerodynamics, and ride comfort showcased by the Kalibur for a much lower price. Beautiful Italian design and colors outfit this monocoque constructed frame that employs efficient, but slightly more relaxed geometry than the Kalibur. In the eyes of Kuota, power transfer is king � The K-Factor definitely delivers on this promise as it accelerates, climbs, and rips across the race course. Features include:
- Aerodynamic monocoque carbon frame and fork provides incredible rigidity in the drive train area while still delivering a comfortable ride.
- Rear Wheel Cutout � Creates a smooth air transition from the frame to the spinning wheel, thus reducing drag.
- Shimano component package for maximum power efficiency and reliable shifting/braking.

K-Factor vs Kalibur
- The Kaibur features more agressive geometry (including a shorter head tube) for experienced athletes in need of extreme aerodynamics.
- The Kalibur features a Kevlar reinforced chainstay for increased stiffness in the drive train.
- The Kaliber offers higher grade component package and seat post options for improved aerodynamics, lower weight, and slightly better performance.
