Product Overview
Felt shattered many traditional triathlon/time trial design standards when it unveiled the 2007 DA at the 2007 season's Interbike Convention. Developed over two years, with careful use of NACA airfoil profiles, CFD flow modeling and wind tunnel experimentation, the DA frame system delivers aerodynamic advantages and incredible drive-train and steering stiffness. The Felt DA has the latest innovations, including:

- Front and rear wheel cut-outs to reduce the turbulence created by spinning wheels.
- Revolutionary Bayonet Steering System which moves the steerer outside of the frame, improving steering stiffness 60% over a regular fork, while significantly reducing the aerodynamic drag on the bike.
- 3.1 carbon fiber multi-position seat post allows adjustments to create a comfortable, low profile, and flat back riding position.
- Internal cable routing to smooth air flow across the frame.
- Rear brake mounting on the chainstays, hiding it from wind flow across the top of the rear wheel.
